Already Freedom and Boundlessness

Whatever is apparently happening, right here, right now, is already freedom, is already enough, is already boundlessness. It is not important that you see this or understand this. It is enough just as it is. There are ways to explore this which is what we do on a retreat. And we also let go of whatever appears to be holding us back from having, being, and doing whatever we desire and release what holds us in the illusion of being separate from this. It's incredibly helpful to recognize that you are not your thoughts, feelings, and ideas you have about yourself. There is an awareness beyond that. You can explore this directly. As you explore this you notice that there's a sense of witnessing, a sense of relaxation, that becomes more and more natural and part of your living experience.
