Very important, since i don't feel like taking a piece of soundtrack directly from Spotify or the official Youtube channel for Guillaume's music would be ok, and this one is very very relevant to this and maybe the future of this area, please also check out the new rendition that was made a couple years ago, it's nothing like anything we have in game right now, it just uses similar instruments to this one since it's the same area.    • Le Château Harebourg   Once a beacon of hope, then one of the best guarded bastions in the world of twelve, the Harebourg castle wasn't able to survive the great wave, now a barren husk of what it once was. Now ruled by Sylargh, Harebourg's tinkerer, who survived this far thanks to a death defying formula made by one of the other henchmen, Nileza, whose vault is now opened in a grave next to the tower, the same tower Harebourg once ruled. Sylargh has spent all this time perfecting his machines, upgrading his mechas with new armature and abilities, and his apparent immortality now allows him to even break away from the curse of Frigost being frozen in time, no longer will he perish once he steps foot outside it, as we can later find him in Sadida Kingdom running a factory of mechanical owls to bring deforestation. It's quite sad, the castle was previously the home of not only Harebourg at the center but each wall had one of the henchmen in charge, customized to each of their specialties and guarded by their own minions. Sylargh occupied the eastern wall, riding on his carrier that can be reactivated still to this day to ascend to the top of the tower. Missiz Freezz was in charge of the western wall where her frostforge rooted on the icy wall and her legion roamed about, Nileza could be found in the southern wall, his area was actually a series of greenhouses and gardens, likely because alchemists usually need lots of flowers for their potions to be made, his minions were originally going to be living flasks shaped after creatures, but what you can find currently are the product instead, shapeshifting creatures made from what seems to be a mixture of oils. Nileza couldn't survive the chaos as far as we can tell, and neither did Klime, the shoemaker and last henchman of Harebourg, in charge of the northern wall where he displayed a particular interest on the many uses of leather outside of crafting shoes, each of the henchmen held a key needed to enter the Harebourg tower, you had to go through every single boss in Frigost before being able to face him. Nowadays all you can find of Klime are a pair of boots you can craft if you look for the recipe and workstation in the snowbound village, and similarly, Hazieff's helmet, he was a geologist who could also be found in the castle, at first another henchman but he wanted nothing to do with what things ended up becoming. Additionally there was another thing happening in the castle walls, and I partially lied when saying you needed to clear every Frigost dungeon to get to Harebourg, there's a couple exceptions, King Dazahk's brewery inside the mountain the castle was built, since it was added later. And also Ilyzaelle's Lookout, located in the old living quarters of Harebourg at the foot of the castle walls, here you could find the barracks of the day without end. Ilyzaelle was Jiva's strongest warrior, and this place in particular had a rift to Externam, the realm where souls are sent after death, she had to fend them off for what presumably was meant to be forever as the name of the area implies, in the boss battle you aided her to fend off the Soul-Blazes but she also acted as the boss, as she would get posessed by them often. This dungeon was also very special in the fact that it had a special dungeon area and battle music that only it used, it's one of the 'generic' soundtracks, like the others it's labeled for the type of dungeons it's meant to be used in, like magical, mysterious, industrial, or recently bestial. This one was labeled officially as "Melancholic", probably given she's stuck fighting an endless battle and even losing it despite her title of the best warrior. Anyway that was a lot of past Harebourg Castle details. It was both because i love to nerd out about that place and because the current state of it is a bit barren, there's not much of a story that doesn't come from Frigost's past, and even when you get to the top of the tower and wake up Harebourg from his frozen slumber, the story doesn't progress much here, he leaves to mess around the rest of the world to 'save Frigost' somehow, according to him.
