This by far has been the greatest and closest debate I have ever discussed and went into detail about. In my honest opinion, I feel that Godzilla wins this fight at the beginning without at doubt. However, if Godzilla allows the Hulk the opportunity to live and become much stronger by getting angrier overtime, Hulk will eventually win the fight. The best opening Godzilla has is to knockout the Hulk with a nuclear blast or to force Hulk back into Banner form which is something Godzilla is far more than capable of doing. I think this is the more likely to happen, but any slip up can give Hulk the advantage. Still I think even then Godzilla can have more than one opportunity. The main issue with this debate is that both these characters are technically immortal, depending which version is being used. The main reason why Hulk won the DB episode was because they used composite Hulk and Godzilla and they completely low balled Godzilla. Overall though, this fight can honestly go either way(most likely in Godzilla's favor), it mainly just depends on how the fight goes.
