Dr. Shen is a Professor of Law and faculty member in the Graduate Program in Neuroscience at the University of Minnesota, a member of the Harvard Medical School Center for Bioethics, and Director of the Shen Neurolaw Lab. He also serves as the Founding Director of the Dana Foundation Career Network in Neuroscience & Society. Dr. Shen’s work centers on translating breakthroughs in brain science and AI into stronger law and policy.
