Today's guest at the Synergy Podcast is a Power Woman: Bruna Carvalho, founder of Podere La Gualda Vecchia, the retreat centre in Tuscany where I will host my Root & Flow Retreat in October 2025.  Bruna grew up in Brazil, studied in Italy, and after a few years working in Rome she decided to create a life closer to nature. Her family bought a property in Tuscany, Podere La Gualda Vecchia, and moved into a completely different lifestyle, challenges, dreams and insights about life.
