Meet team SPARK – CJ, Fiona, Pavel, and Artyom, a fusion of talent from Sri Lanka, Philippines, Australia, Russia, and Kazakhstan, united for a common cause, ‘IncluVisit SA’. IncluVisit SA is about transforming South Australia's tourism into an inclusive and personalised experience. Information from data.SA indicates that there were 1875 disability-related complaints in South Australia in past years, with about 34% concerning services. This compelling insight fueled our drive to advocate for accessible experiences. Additionally, we sourced information from various websites, curating data on elevation changes, user reviews, and points of interest specifically relevant to people with disabilities. We harnessed Python, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to power our innovation. Our hack integrates GitHub and boasts a captivating user experience designed with Figma. Let's dive into our hack. By presenting tailored enrichments, we enhance visitor engagement. Our Accessibility Features ensure everyone can explore. Our Access-friendly Categorization simplifies content for users with disabilities. Accessibility Information empowers informed choices. Although we've achieved a lot, we're actively working to include Sign Language Interpretation and Integrate assistive technology.
