Sumo squats & Separate leg lifts. • Sumo deadlift - 4 sets of 15 reps. • Push Up & One arm dumbbell row - 3 sets of max reps. • Lat pull down - 4 sets of 20 reps. • Seated calf raise combined with standing calf raise - 4 sets of 10 reps each exercise. • Superman - 3 sets of 15 reps. • couldown with stretching.
