On call/shift, fulfilling the haqq of your role with excellence may be your primary ‘ibadah in that moment — ask Allah SWT to accept it. Use the Ramadan Compass to stay grounded: Protect worship • Stabilize energy • Serve with presence Energy management is spiritual strategy. Poor sleep + food choices lead to the “mid-Ramadan slump” and a reactive version of ourselves. Aim for Barakah excellence, not survival mode. Set a high-himmah intention across your “4 gardens”: Deen • Work • Health • Relationships — and identify which garden usually suffers so you can protect it intentionally. Build non-negotiable anchors (your “minimum floor”): a salah anchor, Qur’an anchor, and dhikr/du‘a anchor that you can protect even on hard days. Make If/Then plans for “impossible days” (post-call, late admits, charting bleed): when things slip, course-correct quickly—don’t spiral. Pace worship early so you don’t burn out before the last 10 nights. Have an “off-day plan” for recovery + deeper Qur’an connection. Join the weekly Ramadan check-ins for accountability + support. May Allah allow us to enter Ramadan with light hearts, sincere intentions, and sustainable plans. 🤲🏽
