Speaking to many investors and prospective buyers, there seems to be a general feeling that property investment has been slowed down or stopped by Covid-19. Definitely, it has not, and business is continuing as usual. It was good to read from financial institutions last week that they are still lending and that virtual valuations are giving way to face-to-face valuations and viewings. I am glad I had been introduced to this years ago. Even now is your own opportunity - do not miss it because there are great deals out there. 3. Health Benefits: By viewing thousands of properties over the years, I can tell you a lot about the health of a lot of people. This has challenged me to give quality accommodation to those in need. Hence my refurbishments are of excellent quality to alleviate some of the health problems I have seen during viewings. As #Covid-19 takes lives and keeps us indoors, it might be a clever idea to think about ventilation and taking a bit of time to sit in your garden each day.
