Homeschool planning. I struggled for so long planning out how I wanted our school days to go but then I realised, apart from our consistent morning rhythm and morning time we chase the spark wherever it leads us. So planning the day before hand just doesn’t always work out for us. And not checking the boxes that I wrote out started to make me feel like we had failed that day. So i decided to try something different. I started backwards planning, which is basically just recording the things we DID do that day. And it was so much more fulfilling! I hope this video is a helpful insight in to this alternative method to homeschool planning. It’s not for everyone but it works well for us with our free flow rhythms.
