THE DAY OF THE JACKAL: my remake of the rifle test scene

As I stated in the past videos, I love the movie and the book. Here is my take on the rifle testing scene. I know it is silly. But the rifle is real. Note I have shortened my fake silencer to look like in the movie. I could have used my own watermelon and probably find a way to explode it impressively as if by the exploding mercury bullet.( for instance using a shotgun) But I decided to take the nice clips from the original, including the watermelon painting scene. Besides my wife would not allow to waste a watermelon… Also I wanted to test my simple camera work and editing limitations. I know my acting sucks. But I had fun this beautiful Saturday.
