So Yoga can help to reduce arthritic pains, improve mood, sleep; maintains blood sugar and blood pressure at normal level especially when we focus on breathing. This routine also helps to strengthen the muscles of upper limbs especially shoulders and arms; also expands the chest and helps in increasing the breathing capacity; strengthens the back muscles and of lower limbs.
