A&Z #756 - Atlas vs The 6lb "Outrageous" Burrito Challenge w/ a spicy Inferno Sauce at Elixir Bar and Grill in Edison, New Jersey. Back in mid July, I flew to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and attempted 5 delicious food challenges within a few hours away of Philly. For challenge #3, I drove to Elixir Bar and Grill in Edison, New Jersey to take on their 6lb "Outrageous" Burrito Challenge w/ a spicy Inferno Sauce. There was a 6lb burrito filled with pork carnitas, chicken, and beef steak along with rice, beans, cheese, peppers, and a spicy Inferno Sauce!! The burrito was served wet topped with more sauces and cheese, surrounded by fried tortilla chips!! BIG thanks to everyone with Elixir Bar and Grill for the wonderful marketing beforehand along with the food and hospitality while there in Edison, New Jersey. Prizes – Free Meal + Free T-Shirt + Wall of Fame – A discount card for 15% their bill valid for one year from the date of the challenge – (The discount card cannot be used during happy hour time periods.)
