Boca Grande, Florida - Cool, breezy day at the beach

SW Florida woke up to 57 degrees. A big difference from a few days ago. The beach this morning had a number of people walking around looking for some type of treasure. The breeze was cool and the Gulf was wavy. Such a great way to start off your Saturday morning. The beach did have a fishy smell in the areas where there were bigger areas of shells. When shells that are alive and have creatures within get stranded on the shore they either get eaten by the birds or they die. I did notice a few people picking up anything that was alive and try to get it put back into the water. As you can see within the video down by those cement pillars that are on the beach. You can see all the sand that has washed back into the ocean. If you would like, go back to my Boca video after the beach renourishment project was over. Big difference from then and now. Nature has a way to do what it wants to do. I hope that wherever you are watching from that you are staying warm and enjoying the sights and sounds of the beach here in SW Florida.
