In terms of video games, this was Richard's first time voicing ZIM since Nicktoons MLB way back in 2011 (although overall, his previous performance as the character was the Enter the Florpus TV movie in 2019), and his take on the ineffectual Irken invader is just as hammy-sounding as ever. As an interesting fun fact, Richard has actually mentored a number of younger voice actors who are more prominent in anime such as Cristina Vee, hence why both of them tend to show up in each other's projects (such as Helluva Boss and League of Legends).
