A Florida man claimed his girlfriend’s death was a freak accident, but police say the brutal scene inside a Hallandale Beach apartment told a very different story. Silvia Galva was found with a 12-inch spear blade driven into her chest after an argument with her boyfriend, Adam Crespo, whose shifting explanations and calm demeanor raised immediate red flags for investigators.
