During the setup process of your new iPhone 14 or iPhone 14 Pro, your new iPhone will ask you if you want to transfer your phone number NOW or to set up LATER in settings 2. Tap "Transfer from another iPhone" 3. A popup will appear. Tap "Transfer Number" 4. On your old iPhone, confirm the number transfer by double-clicking the power button 5. Your phone number will transfer from the physical SIM on your old phone to the eSIM on your new iPhone 14 or iPhone 14 Pro. NOTE: Once the transfer is complete your old iPhone will no longer be able to connect to the network or make and receive phone calls from the physical SIM card. Transfer Physical SIM to eSIM AFTER Setup: 1. On your new iPhone, go to Settings, Cellular, and tap "Add eSIM" 2. Select the phone number you would like to transfer 3. Confirm the transfer on your old iPhone Transfer Physical SIM to eSIM Using Verizon App: 1. Download the MyVerizon app and login to your account iPhone - https://apps.apple.com/us/app/my-veri... Android - https://play.google.com/store/apps/de... 2. Go to the Account tab at the bottom 3. Scroll down and tap the device you would like to transfer to eSIM 4. Scroll down and tap "Activate or Switch Device" 5. Tap "Activate an Existing Line" 6. Select the line you want to transfer to eSIM. Then scroll down and tap "Next" 7. Under "Step 1: Get device info," select "NO" 8. Tap "Continue" 9. On your NEW device, go to Settings, General, About, and scroll down until you see "IMEI2" 10. Copy the IMEI2 11. Paste the IMEI2 into the IMEI field in the MyVerizon App 12. Verify your Verizon account by selecting a phone number for Verizon to send a verification text to, then enter the verification code Note: You CANNOT select your own phone number, so make sure you have access to another phone on the account 13. Verizon will then show you device protection plans for your new iPhone. I highly recommend you DECLINE device protection 14. Verizon will give you a popup about "Content Transfer." You don't need to worry about this because you restored your new iPhone from your iCloud backup. Simply tap "Close" at the bottom. 15. Tap "Confirm Changes" at the bottom of the screen 16. You should get a notification on your NEW iPhone that a cellular plan is ready to instal. Simply tap on that to install your cellular plan 17. If you DO NOT see a banner/notification to install a cellular plan, then go to Settings, Cellular, Add eSIM 18. You should see a plan called "Verizon." Choose that one and tap "Continue" 19.
