International 200 4x4 Wrecker! Can We Get it Running?

This truck will be used for parts to assemble his other 200. This truck overall fired right up with little work. We just had to clean up some of the connections on the starter, we could tell that someone else had been in there and replaced some parts to try to get it running, but my guess is that they didn't know to check for power to the ignition coil. Once we got the starter working, power to the coil, and some fuel in it, the truck fired right up and ran. All that was left was for us to hook up the transmission linkage, drive it around to swap the tires, and load it.
