Nimbin might be known as Australia's hippie capital, but its residents are far from welcoming. At least, that was the impression we got when we first arrived. As we found out, there's a lot more to those people than what meets the eye, and there's more to the story than a bunch of reclusive weed-smoking hippies not wanting to talk to us. Also we made a recreation of my favourite scene from Pineapple Express which I though was very super cool. Thanks to everyone who took part in this video and sorry to anyone we pissed off. Nimbin is actually a pretty cool place, but if you're heading down there, try listening to the locals' stories instead of buying weed. The town is inexorably tied to cannabis culture, but there's a lot more going on than just pot. It's not just Byron Bay's stoned little cousin, although it is also definitely Byron Bay's stoned little cousin.
