**Takeoff shots just after an heavy rain shower, notice the wing vapor trails** In week number 27 there were 2 new participants the WIC (Weapons Instructor Course) for one week at Leeuwarden Air Base. A C-130H Hercules from the Royal Netherlands Air Force and a C-130J Hercules from the U.S. Air Force took part this training. Unfortunaly the American Hercules did not go up this afternoon when I was around Leeuwarden AB that time. The Weapons Instructor Course (WIC) 2021 has officially started. In almost 6 months, 24 students from the Netherlands, Belgium and Norway are trained to weapons instructor. For the first time not only take pilots, but also officers from other service subjects participate in the university-level course.
