please visit: www.pyroevil.com Here is a little video about my latest project : a pyrolysis reactor. The output of this reactor is Tar , Bio Char , Bio Oil and Syn Gas. For now it's running with electricity during all the process and for this test the moisture content is really high. The goal is to dry the biomass more has you can ( with solar oven for example ) before put it in the reactor. When the temperature is high enough to output syngas , use this syngas to continue heating the biomass and shutoff the first starting source of energy. I don't feel safe to compress and store the syngas. I think it's safer to use it to run the process in a closing loop. Wood Char , Tar and Bio-oil is safer and easier to store and use it later.
