Cutaway of reporters 12. SOUNDBITE: (English) Radmila Sekerinska, Leader of the Social Democrats: "We will continue to speak in favour of free and fair elections. SOUNDBITE: (English) Radmila Sekerinska, Leader of the Social Democrats: "It is clear that our perception that the campaign of the Coalition for Europe has been running very well, that we have surprised our opponents, that we have surprised the government who thought that the election will be a sure bet and that the tide has changed, is practically supported by these small tricks who would otherwise be completely unnecessary if the governing parties feel safe and certain in their victory." 15. The conservative centre-right alliance of Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski, the VMRO-DPMNE, is seen as almost certain to win. A recent opinion poll gave it 31.3 percent compared with the Social Democrats' 11.2 percent. But the 37-year-old leader hopes for a landslide victory that will give him a majority of parliament's 120 seats, enabling him to form a government without having to resort to a coalition. On Saturday Radmila Sekerinska, the 35-year-old head of the Social Democrats, complained of fraud. She said posters appeared in the capital Skopje overnight intending to confuse her voters into casting ballots for the wrong party by mimicking her own campaign posters but giving a different voter list number. The OSCE's (Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe) electoral monitoring mission has also registered complaints about a small party's voter list containing candidates with remarkably similar names to those on the Social Democratic ticket. "Throughout the night, we have had a number, a huge number of posters for an unidentified candidate, an unspecified party, trying to transfer some of the votes from our account into someone else's," Sekerinska said, accusing the ruling party and government of being responsible. The new government faces a formidable task.
