झटपट प्रोटीन से भरपूर टिफ़िन बच्चों के लिए Lunch box| आसान हेल्दी नाश्ता 15 minute | Zayka Ka Tadka #frankierecipe #streetfood #tiffinboxrecipes Click to Subscribe: ------------------------- Instagram: / zaykakatadka Facebook: / zaykakatadka Recipe ----------- Ingredients FOR PREPARING VEG PANEER STUFFING : Oil - 1 Tbsp Cumin seeds / Jeera - 1/2 Tsp Ginger / Adrakh - 1 Inch finely chopped Green chilli / Hari mirchi - 2 Finely chopped Garlic / Lahsun - 3 to 4 Cloves finely chopped Onion / Pyaz - 1 Finely chopped Carrot / Gajar - 1/2 Finely chopped Beans - 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Capsicum - 1 Finely chopped Salt - As Per Taste Turmeric powder / Haldi powder - 1/4 Tsp Red chilli powder / Lal mirchi powder - 1/2 Tsp Black salt / Kala namak - 1/2 Tsp Boiled potato / Aloo - 2 Peeled and mashed Paneer / Cottage Cheese - 1/4 Cup small cubes Dry mango powder / Aamchur - 1 Tsp Coriander leaves / Hara Dhaniya - A handful FOR PREPARING VEG PANEER FRANKIE : Half cooked roti / Chapati - 1 Tomato ketchup - As required Green chutney - As required Veg mayonnaise - As required Onion / Pyaz - 1 Tsp Sliced Cabbage / Patta gobhi - 1 Tsp shredded Grated cheese - As required + For garnishing Oil - For roasting Coriander leaves / Hara Dhaniya - For garnishing FOR PREPARING CHILLI VINEGAR : Green chilli / Hari mirchi - 2 Finely chopped Vinegar - 3 to 4 Tsp Instructions FOR PREPARING VEG PANEER STUFFING : Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, green chilli, ginger, and garlic. Mix well and saute it for one minutes on medium flame. Now add onion. Mix well and add carrot, beans, and capsicum. Mix well and saute it for one minutes on medium flame. Then add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and black salt. Mix well. Saute it for 1 to 2 minutes on medium flame. Now add boiled potato. Mix well. Then add paneer and dry mango powder. Mix well and add coriander leaves. Once done turn off the flame. Keep it aside. FOR PREPARING CHILLI VINEGAR : Add finely chopped green chilli to the vinegar. Keep it aside for 2 hours. FOR PREPARING VEG PANEER FRANKIE : Take half cooked roti. Apply tomato ketchup, green chutney, and veg mayonnaise to it. Now add above prepared veg paneer stuffing vertically to the centre of the roti. Add onion, cabbage, prepared chilli vinegar, and cheese on top of it. Now fold roti's lower part and then fold its left and right part. Press it. Meanwhile, heat the tawa. Add oil to the pan. Place the frankie on the tawa and roast it. Flip it to roast from the other side. Roast it from both sides till it becomes crunchy. Once done, take out it on the serving plate. Cut it from the middle. Garnish it with cheese and coriander leaves. 'Veg Paneer Frankie' is ready to be served.
