It pairs a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine with electric drive motors, delivering a claimed total driving range of up to 1,200 km. Under its “New Generation Golden Range Extender System,” the combustion engine operates solely as a generator, supplying electricity to the battery while the wheels are driven entirely by electric motors. The generator produces roughly 141–156 hp and achieves a high thermal efficiency of 45.79%. Buyers can choose between a rear-wheel-drive version with a single motor producing 248 hp and 300 Nm of torque, or a dual-motor all-wheel-drive configuration delivering a combined 449–455 hp and 505 Nm. In flagship AWD form, the V27 can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in as little as 4.5 to 5.5 seconds. To support long-distance touring without range anxiety, the V27 offers two lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery options: 20.6 kWh and 34.3 kWh. Depending on battery size, pure electric driving range is rated at approximately 150 to 210 km under CLTC standards, while the combined range exceeds 1,000–1,200 km when factoring in its 51 to 60-liter fuel tank. Charging flexibility includes AC home charging and DC fast charging capability, and a portable charging cable is typically supplied. This setup allows owners to handle daily commuting in EV mode while maintaining extended travel capability through the onboard generator system. Visually, the V27 adopts a bold, boxy silhouette inspired by classic off-road icons such as the Land Rover Defender and the Toyota Land Cruiser 70 Series. It measures between 4,909 mm and 5,055 mm in length, depending on the rear-mounted spare configuration, with a width of 1,976 mm, a height of 1,855 mm (1,894 mm with roof rack), and a 2,910 mm wheelbase. Ground clearance ranges from 210 to 220 mm, complemented by an approach angle of around 23 degrees for light off-road capability. Distinctive styling elements include round LED headlights within square housings, a side-hinged tailgate, and a perforated C-pillar design. Inside, the “Interstellar Cockpit” emphasizes space and technology, featuring a 15.4–15.6 inch 2.5K central touchscreen powered by the Snapdragon 8295P chip, a 23-speaker premium audio system with active noise cancellation, ventilated and heated front seats, and a versatile cargo area ranging from 550 to 715 liters, expandable to 1,818 liters with a fold-flat “double bed” layout.
