Jia started her career as a makeup artist in a beauty salon, the Depilex beauty parlor at a very young age. The film tells the story of a Mauritius girl who born to a Pakistani father and Indian mother. She visits Pakistan and falls in love with a poor guy. Jia got a huge acclamation and fame from critics and the audience. Afterward, she has worked in several Pakistani hit films. Her other hit film was the Pakistani Urdu language romance/musical film, Reema Khan’s directed and produced the film “Love Mein Ghum” along with Reema Khan and Moammar Rana. After becoming a success story of Lollywood, she made her drama debut in 2007 and has played in numerous hit dramas. In 2016, she has also played the side role of the super hit Pakistani action war film/historical film “Saya-e-Khuda-e-Zuljalal” along with Javed Sheikh, Firdous Jamal, and Moammar Rana, and Rachel Gill, of 2016.
