As part of the 6th drop, Alchevsque in collaboration with Sens Skateboarding ( http://instagram.com/sens_skateboarding/ ) developed decks with an unusual design. The board has 8 holes that lighten the construction but do not affect the strength of the deck. "Holes are one of the forms we work with. It's a grid/base in which we are looking for different aesthetic and functional manifestations. This form is adopting from bricks, where perforations reduce the weight of the object. We just implement it in different things and see how it can change the perception of form or content. This principle of working with form comes from Max Beall's projects, where he worked with a single parametric system to create various graphic works." © Anton Ivanov
