These are truly a handful of reminders I had to give myself over and over during my first year following CG. It's quite the transition when you're used to straightening your hair all the time--from the method itself, understanding ingredients, new styling techniques, and even getting used to seeing myself with much 'bigger' hair than I had before--so it took a lot of mental adjustments.
