Build a DIY Electric Scooter (Infento Creation 12)

Just building a simple E-Scooter was my aim when I started. Very soon I became aware that this would be hard to achieve with the Infento E-pulse motor because you always need a belt to transmit the power to the rear wheel...but even the shortest Infento belt is just too long. So I took the 500W DC engine you have seen on a few of my previous creations. The challenge was to get the battery box under the footpad while achieving the lowest possible total height. So I built the main frame around the box instead of hanging is underneath a profile. In the end this e-scooter was really fun to drive. Of course the frame wasn't as stiff as those from commercially available scooters. Anyway.
