Don't get stuck in false humility! You need to level up.

This is for my people who are being caught in life's challenges. I clarify what authentic vs false humility actually is so that you level up quick. This is the heart of true adaptation. Implicit "authentic" humility is not something that is performed but more of a state of embracing ego death. It's a state of being very receptive to not just mentors and coaches but Karma, situations, and circumstances as great teachers. Explicit "false" humility is how one performs humility. For example, people associate this explicit humility with niceness, being docile, passive, and always quiet. It's a performance meanwhile many of these people never once look in the mirror and say to themselves, "I don't know much, I need to seek out a credible mentor." Most people who perform this explicit humility are not very coachable or teachable and that is the big difference. Implicit "authentic" humility is a state of being very receptive to constructive criticism, self reflection, accountability, and mentorship. It is a very flexible resilient ego that is not rigid but healthy enough to be rooted in soul esteem. Soul esteem radiates a confidence that many insecure people who operate in explicit "false" humility project as arrogant. On the contrary, those who have the most difficult time adapting when life throws curved balls, which I know this all too well, are being softened to develop in implicit authentic humility.
