How to install and play Carmageddon on Windows 7 using DOSBox

► READ ME - FAQ◄ You need: DOSBox and the Carmageddon-CD I did it wrong! ;) It is unnecessary to copy the CD content to your hd, use the CD to install the game. If you copied the CD to your hd and want to play again, you'll have to reinstall the game (this time from CD!): mount d D:\ -t cdrom mount c C:\ d: DOSINST ... (like it is shown in the red description box at 0:15). (NOTE: If there's no "DOSINST" file run "MOREINST" for the installation and after that "SNDSETUP" for the sound setup and if there's no "CARMAG" try "CARMA" instead) If you (re)installed the game from CD then simply mount your drive and the game folder and you're ready to go: mount d d:\ -t cdrom mount c c:\GAMES\CARMA C: carmag Note that in some cases "carmag" doesn't work. Then type "carma" instead, it's just the name of the Carmageddon executable, you can look it up in your installation directory.
