नगरपालिका बैठक में कांग्रेस पार्षदों ने किया विरोध, ईओ को सोपा ज्ञापन, आशीष गांधी पर लगाए आरोप

सागवाड़ा नगरपालिका बोर्ड बैठक का कांग्रेस पार्षदों ने किया बहिष्कार, जनविरोधी नीतियों और शहीद अपमान का आरोप सागवाड़ा (डूंगरपुर)। नगरपालिका सागवाड़ा की 24 जून 2025 को आयोजित बोर्ड बैठक से कांग्रेस पार्टी के सभी पार्षदों ने बहिष्कार कर कड़ा विरोध जताया है। अधिशासी अधिकारी को सौंपे गए ज्ञापन में कांग्रेस पार्षदों ने नगरपालिका अध्यक्ष आशीष गांधी पर गंभीर आरोप लगाए हैं और बैठक के एजेंडे को जनविरोधी, शहीद-विरोधी और आदिवासी-विरोधी बताया है। एआईसीसी सदस्य दिनेश खोडनिया ने कहा कि बोर्ड बैठक में प्रस्तावित एजेंडा सूची में राष्ट्रपिता महात्मा गांधी, लौहपुरुष सरदार पटेल, शहीद नानाभाई खांट, शहीद कालीबाई, वागड़ के स्वतंत्रता सेनानी भोगीलाल पंड्या और गौरीशंकर उपाध्याय की मूर्तियों या स्मृति चिह्नों को हटाने जैसे निर्णय शामिल हैं, जो सीधे तौर पर स्वतंत्रता संग्राम सेनानियों का अपमान है। इस प्रस्ताव का नगर और पूरे वागड़ अंचल में भारी विरोध हो रहा है। कांग्रेस पार्षदों ने आरोप लगाया कि नगरपालिका अध्यक्ष आशीष गांधी के परिवार ने झूठे शपथ पत्रों के आधार पर करोड़ों की सरकारी भूमि पर अनाधिकृत कब्जा किया है। ईओ द्वारा राज्य सरकार को भेजी गई जांच रिपोर्ट में इन्हें दोषी पाया गया, बावजूद इसके अब तक कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई है। पार्षदों ने आरोप लगाया कि नगरपालिका प्रशासन द्वारा बाहुबली कॉलोनी में एक आदिवासी परिवार का मकान अतिक्रमण बताकर तोड़ दिया गया, लेकिन न तो उन्हें कोई मुआवजा मिला और न ही वैकल्पिक आवास। वहीं दूसरी ओर नगरपालिका की भूमि पर अतिक्रमण कर चुके अध्यक्ष और उनके सहयोगियों पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हो रही है। ज्ञापन में यह भी आरोप है कि पूर्व कांग्रेस बोर्ड द्वारा पारित विकास कार्यों के टेंडरों को जानबूझकर रोका जा रहा है और 25 समाजों को निशुल्क भूमि आवंटन की स्वीकृति भी राज्य सरकार को नहीं भेजी जा रही है। कांग्रेस पार्षदों ने यह भी आपत्ति जताई कि महज दो साल पहले बने डूंगरपुर-बांसवाड़ा रोड पर फिर से 1.50 करोड़ रुपये के डीवाइडर निर्माण का प्रस्ताव लाया गया है, जो पूरी तरह से गलत और अनावश्यक है। अंत में कांग्रेस पार्षदों ने चेताया कि यदि इन जनविरोधी नीतियों पर रोक नहीं लगाई गई और दोषियों पर कार्रवाई नहीं हुई, तो वे जनता के साथ मिलकर बड़ा आंदोलन करेंगे। Congress councilors boycotted the Sagwara Municipal Board meeting, alleging anti-people policies and martyr insult Sagwara (Dungarpur). This proposal is facing strong opposition in the city and the entire Vagad region. The Congress councilors alleged that the family of Municipal Chairman Ashish Gandhi has unauthorizedly occupied government land worth crores on the basis of false affidavits. They were found guilty in the investigation report sent by the EO to the state government, despite this no action has been taken so far. The councilors alleged that the municipal administration demolished the house of a tribal family in Bahubali Colony citing encroachment, but neither did they get any compensation nor alternative housing. On the other hand, no action is being taken against the chairman and his associates who have encroached upon the municipal land. The memorandum also alleges that the tenders for development works passed by the former Congress board are being deliberately stopped and the approval for free land allotment to 25 societies is also not being sent to the state government. The Congress councilors also objected that a proposal has been brought again to build a divider worth Rs 1.50 crore on the Dungarpur-Banswara road built just two years ago, which is completely wrong and unnecessary.
