🔥 Masala Pasta Recipe 💛 Desi Style Spicy Pasta at Home 😍🍝 Craving something chatpata but easy to make? 🤩 This Desi Masala Pasta is full of Indian flavors with a spicy twist! Perfect for kids’ tiffin, evening snacks, or quick dinner. Once you try this recipe, you’ll skip restaurant pasta forever! 😉 🛒 Ingredients: 150 grams pasta (1 big bowl) 1¼ litre water 2 tsp oil ½ tsp salt (for boiling) 1 tbsp oil (for cooking) 7–8 garlic cloves (chopped) 1 onion (chopped) 1 big green chilli (chopped) 1 capsicum / shimla mirch (chopped) ½ tsp salt 2 tbsp tomato paste 1 tsp red chilli sauce 1 tbsp schezwan sauce 1 tbsp tomato ketchup ½ tsp crushed black pepper powder ½ cup water Handful of fresh coriander leaves 👩‍🍳 Method: 1️⃣ Heat 1¼ litre water in a pan. Add 2 tsp oil + ½ tsp salt. 2️⃣ When it starts boiling, add pasta and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes. 3️⃣ Strain the pasta and pour normal water over it so it doesn’t stick.
