@legrand Today I will be going over how to install a Connectrac system it is a pretty simple system but complex if you’ve never done it before so the one we will be installing it is under the carpet and direct into the wall which requires you to cut a hall at the bottom of the wall and finish up the provided wire and terminate energy box located in the ceiling from there you will be going to lay down the Connectrac and terminating it by a Clips system you will connect all the tracks hammer drill them to the ground or glue whatever is how you are going to install then from that point you will get the particleboard slats they will go on the sides of the deal there is a two piece system a larger one and a smaller one the larger one will be installed first closest to the edge of the actual Connectrac the smaller ones will be on the outer skirts from there you will install plastic in peace that will act as a half a moon in the front so the carpet can roll up nice from there you’re gonna install the receptacle or data outlet or both by simply clipping them into the track for the data and making the connection for the electrical it will be the same as it was for the initial connection to the wall the receptacle comes in a two piece system that is going to require you to install 44 inch 632 screws from there you are going to trim out your cover pieces to make sure that they are properly installed I personally would suggest using a bandsaw to make this cut because it Hass to be a straight as possible to look good #electrician #electricianlife #electrical #connectrac Make sure you subscribe and like for more videos like this ‪@WARHAMMERELECTRIC‬ In this video I use these tools ‪@MilwaukeeTool‬ surge impact /hammer drill and mini bandsaw ‪@WeraToolRebels‬ screwdriver if you are interested in any of the tools that i used in my video today please check out Warhammers Amazon Page https://www.amazon.com/shop/warhammer...
