Purdue Global Holds Its First Graduation Ceremony

On June 2, 2018, nearly 600 of over 9,000 online graduates took part in Purdue University Global’s first Commencement Ceremony, held at the Rosemont Theatre outside Chicago. Purdue Global Chancellor Betty Vandenbosch presided over the event, with Purdue University President Mitch Daniels adding his own personal message to the students: “We are especially proud today to be part of the advent of this new expansion of our historic land-grant mission of Purdue University.
