Saling valley is a serene and beautiful tourist attraction located in Khaplu, Ghanche district of Gilgit Baltistan, Pakistan. It is a 15 minutes drive from Khaplu city through picturesque landscapes of Central Karakoram National Park manifesting the jewels of nature at its finest. Ghanche district is famous for its flora and fauna. Magnificent Shyok river with its crystal clear teal blue waters flowing through the base of enormous mountains and machulo cones and trees of different colors alongside the river bank are absolutely enchanting. Saling valley has a calmness of paradise in its air and at the night the sky is embellished with dreamy starry constellations that are absolutely breathtaking! The places to see here include Saling bridge, Shyok river and walk along the river is a must, haldi cones ,Twin trees of saling , saling village , saling picnic spot, saling fish farms. If there’s time one can also go upto sogha lake in the same trip. Hushe valley and Machulo are also close by.
