There was hardly any wind this day and very little boat traffic so the lake was pretty smooth. I was on a full tank when this was recorded. It has 140 hours on it. When the dream-o-meter on the dash was at 62 the real GPS speed was 54 to 55 mph. Update: I had a nice Autumn day where I was the only one on the lake, it was like a pane of glass, the wind was at my back, and I was able to hit 65 mph on the on-board speedometer. Unfortunately I did not have the GoPro but if the formula is linear that would mean I hit 58 mph. However, it's all splitting hairs at this point. If the conditions are not optimal you're looking 54 to 55 mph max.
