Fireflies - Owl City Pack - Pop 1 Track Pack Release date - June 29, 2010 ----------------------------------------------------- OH YEAH BABY ONE OF THE BEST SONGS IN THE WHOLE DLC CATALOG And I'm not even kidding, I've always had a soft-spot for this song, even back when I was in middle school and it was new and definitely not cool to like. This is one of the few GH5 DLC's I legitimately purchased with my own money, that's how much I like it. It was right up there with Twilight of the Thunder God and Hangar 18, among others. It just so happens that this is kind of a crazy extended sustain glitch song too. The first activation isn't too hard, but it's the 2nd and 3rd activations that steal the spotlight for this song. The 2nd activation is one of those where you activate as soon as your SP bar reaches 75% full during a phrase, then hit the overlap note late as to make it so that your SP bar is at 100% later than if you would have hit it early or on time. Right after the second overlap phrase in the 2nd act comes, it's no longer Owl City, it's Extended Sustain City. The glitches themselves aren't terribly hard to do, it's actually a fairly easy rhythm to follow, but there's a phrase on them that gives you just barely enough SP for an activation. If you fuck up those extended sustains, you probably aren't getting enough SP for the activation.
