Maydan- The Inside View of the Outsider (Documentary 2014: Length- 30 min) British director and film maker Brett Turner travelled to Kiev in the Ukraine to join the anti-government protests in December 2013. He was guided around the Independence Square within the barricades and shown some of the city's creative hubs and further afield by Ukrainian born musician Iryna Muha. Brett tells a story of the Maydan people through his own eyes. Brett Turner BA (Hons) -- director, film-maker After graduating from Derby University in 2009 with a degree in Film & Video Productions, he founded AVP- All Video Productions and this is when his professional career begun. Brett's experience varies from directing and filming innovative corporate video productions to music video promotions, creating bespoke video trailers, promotions, animations, visual effects and motion graphics. Iyna Muha -- producer, singer /songwriter, founder of Muha band. Iryna grew up in Soviet Ukraine, but as she is currently living and working in England, Iryna keeps close ties with her home country, running her MUHA UA project in Kiev. Iryna is a keen collaborator and a believer that arts is the best language to unite people.
