This is going to be perfect for if you're on the Daniel fast or you're going through our 40 day transformation course. Or you just want to have a healthy day. Now drinking infused water is really a great way to get the antioxidants and all of the nutritional benefits. So I'm going to share with you my top five ways on how to make infused water why they're going to be good for your diet today. So the first drink is going to have some lemons. So I'm just going to put some lemons in our cup. Add my lemons there. And so lemons are really good to help reset the pH of your body. pH is so important for metabolism, for enzyme action, so many different things. So we're going to start with some lemons. And to this we're going to add some cucumbers. cucumbers are a blood purifier. They are an immunity boost. And then third, we're going to add some ginger. Now I call this my morning awake up detox. For our second infused water, we're going to make a brain booster. For that we're going to add some of this fresh rosemary straight out of the garden. To this we're going to add some watermelon slices good anytime of the year. And then because watermelon is really good with lowering inflammation, the rosemary protects our brain from free radical damage. And it also helps us to improve our retention of information. Our third drink we're going to make an immunity infuser. We're going to start with some blackberries. To that we're going to add some orange slices. Now the blackberries are really good for our bones and our immune system. The orange is we all know how healthy oranges are for preventing and helping to overcome colds and flus. Plus it also helps to lower depression. And that is so important. Now we're going to add another ingredient we're going to add some ginger again, just for the immune boosting effect. And there we go. And ginger also helps protect against bacteria and viruses. Let's add some ice to that. And once again our filtered water and we have another delicious infused drink. Drink number four is our weight loss goal we're going to start with some fresh blueberries. They are so good at balancing blood sugar helping with weight loss. We're also going to add some raspberries which also are a perfect weight loss food and with digestion. Add some of those raspberries. And to this we're going to add some mint leaves. Mint is good for your memory. It's good for your skin. And yes, it's good for weight loss. And drink number five is our afternoon pick me up for this we're going to use our cherries. cherries are the perfect detox food both in your kidneys, your bladder and your complete immune system. And we're also going to throw in our limes. Once again another great detoxifier and helps your mind to have more energy. So we have our morning drink to get us started to get us a nice detox, we got our weight loss drink, we've got our immune boosting our brain boosting drink, and we have our afternoon pick me up. So pick your choice. You can keep adding water throughout the day and still enjoy the flavors and the antioxidants of each one of these drinks.
