It todays video, Rathbone Manor almost burns down and we have a blazing car in the back garden too.... well almost 😁 Also can Charles and Daphne save their burning car 🚗 ??? When I visited the car boot sale (Flea market) last weekend I found this vintage Pyrene fire extinguisher on my favourite tool stall and it cost me £10.00 👍 and today we are going to take a closer look at it. I attempt some of the fire fighting shown in a few of the old Pyrene adverts from back in the 1930s, this extinguisher takes a bit of effort to use and I could feel the afternoons work during filming in my arms! I'm not sure that I would want to tackle a car fire with one of these especially using water in one like mine as the Carbon tetrachloride is no longer available I wouldn't have thought.
