The beach is beautiful, lots of spots in the shade too incase we got to much sun. Lots to do! Loved the restaurants, especially Careyes restaurant!!!! Got photos on the beach, Xavier was amazing! Maids were great, left us chocolates and some crackers. Room was great, clean and comfortable, bathroom was wonderful, 2 sinks. Met lots of wonderful ppl. Minuses: The buffets were not great. The coffee was horrible at the buffet. Too many pesty black birds scrounging for food. Saw 2 dead ones one at the edge of the pool in with the rocks and one in a flower bed. My head got attacked by a bird. Only 2 SMALL Elevators, always a wait and a very squishy, hot ride. Front desk unorganized, paid when we got there but at the end of our stay they said they charged us wrong the first time now we owe more. Some unfriendly Staff looks like they hate serving ppl. Lost my iphone the second day I was there, what time we lost it and where but it never did turn up so that was a bummer. Got a shuttle from the hotel to airport, we were told it was $20USD but then when we got to the airport he asked for $25 and if we didn't come up with it in 2 min he would call police.
