Did something a little new and made the trip up to Hog Wild Kartway in Wallace this weekend. Heat race S-3rd F-2nd Main S-2nd F-1st Kart was good in the heat just a little off on tires and gearing. Stayed 2nd about the whole race. Gramps ran to but he had some trouble getting around slow traffic, but he definitely had a fast kart. Main race time is start 2nd and take the lead pretty early and never looked back. Lead most of the race and even set a track record of 8.98. Kart was hooked up and on a rail. I’d say it wasn’t a bad night speaking that I hadn’t ever seen the track until yesterday. Made some adjustments after practice and it definitely got better as the night went on. I want to give big thank you to my grandpa for all he does none of this would be possible. Thanks to my girlfriend, grandma and family for driving to the track last night. Shoutout to Bubba’s Karting Concepts for having us stuck all day and with the help over the phone.
