Discover the stunning live edge wood countertops with an epoxy resin pour and a unique backsplash made from wood scraps. The kitchen boasts a full-size propane stove (fueled by a 100lb underslung tank) and a full-size residential fridge, perfect for minimizing grocery trips. Learn about his restaurant-style large single-basin sink and clever storage, including pull-out pantry drawers and customized utensil storage. The living area features a versatile space with a comfortable napping couch and a folding dining table/desk used for meal prepping, working on his upcoming restaurant plans, and journaling. ⚡ Power & Off-Grid Setup Get a look at the off-grid electrical system, tucked neatly under the living room bench. It includes 600 amp-hours of lithium batteries, an AIMS 2500 inverter/charger, and a 12-volt fuse block. Matthew discusses his plans for installing solar panels on the roof for a fully off-grid lifestyle, currently relying on a generator and 30-amp shore power. The bus also features a 7-gallon hot water tank and a 45-gallon fresh water tank, offering about a week of comfortable usage. 🛏️ Bathroom & Bedroom Explore the efficient bathroom setup, featuring a custom Nature's Head-style composting toilet and a shower with metal roofing material walls.
