It's time for another GI Joe Classified Action Figure review on the channel - and today's instalment is none other than the new Retro Card Back Female Crimson Guard figure. One of three in the latest GI Joe Classified series Retro sub-line, a welcome injection of some gender diversity in the Cobra ranks comes with the Female edition of the Crimson Guard. I've got a soft spot for the Crimson Guards as a key feature of the old Action Force comics AND I'm a big advocate for more female characters in the GI Joe Classified line so this is already ticking two boxes for me before I've even got her in hand. Add the kitbash possibilities to make a Julia Kreig, a Laura 343, or a Cadet Demming and it could be a winner. How much of a winner though? This is a THOROUGH review. It will involve a look at the packaging & "peg presence" of the Female Crimson Guard, an overall view of the figures, and then some detailed thoughts around their aesthetic, articulation, and accessories. (My action figure review Triple A's LOL).
