See how to rebuild the carburetor on a Honda CRF450R in this video from Partzilla.com! This is a 2005 CRF450R, so we’ve stripped this dirt bike down to the frame so we can build it back up again. Since the bike is torn down, our carb is already on the bench. But if you’d like to see that part of the process, you can find it here:    • Honda CRF450 Engine Teardown | 2005 H...   We’ll get everything disassembled, and along the way we’re going to find some gaskets that are just finished. Completely flattened. So we’re going with a couple of kits from Moose Racing to get this carb just a tick better than it was. Once it’s torn down, we’ll get everything cleaned and build the carb on our CRF450 one piece at a time. A note here about the parts: Honda has something interesting going on in the parts for this carb. There’s a throttle valve that needs a little roller on all four corners to make it work. But for some reason, Honda packs the valve with only THREE of the rollers. If you look at the link below for the throttle valve, you can see the picture of the part with the missing fourth roller.
