I changed the tires on my Jill. I bought my Jill second-hand a year and a half ago, and at the time it was equipped with CrossClimate CP tires, 225-65R-16 in the front and 235-65R-16 in the rear. Therefore, when I turned the steering wheel hard, the 225 tires on the front hit the body of the car and made a rattling noise. I had also driven 30,000 km on the tires, so I thought I would take this opportunity to downsize and change to 215-65R-16, but all Michelin tires in this 65R-16 size have been discontinued, and although there are non-camping tires that can be used, they are no longer produced for camping. Therefore, I had to change the tires for the entire wheel, so I decided to change both front and rear to 215-70R-15. The wheels are mud campers. The cost, including labor, was 148,000 yen for four tires and 110,000 yen for four wheels. After changing the tires, the car became much lighter, which was a good thing. #crossclimatecamping #tirechange #Michelin
