You can prepare these parathas in advance, freeze them, and use them anytime for a quick and easy Sehri. 📝 Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour (maida) 1 tablespoon oil Salt to taste Water (as needed, to make soft dough) Butter or ghee (for roasting) 👩🍳 Method: Take a bowl and add maida, salt, and oil. Gradually add water and knead to make a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes. After resting, divide the dough into round balls (pede). Roll each ball into a round paratha/roti shape. Heat a tawa and cook the paratha on both sides lightly (half cook only). Let all parathas cool completely. Place them in an airtight container, cover with cling wrap, and freeze. ❄️ How to Use Frozen Paratha for Sehri: Remove the paratha from the freezer 20 minutes before cooking. Heat a tawa and roast the paratha until golden brown and fully cooked. Apply butter or ghee, roast well, and serve hot.
