What an adventure we had! "Big" Ed Schlimme, Dalton and Allen Lewis of The Stickboys, and Cade and I head north to hunt New Brunswick bruins with our stickbows... Cade and I double up and Allen Lewis adds a 3rd bear to a very memorable evening... Be on the lookout for Allen's hunt here on "The Stickboys" channel. Follow along as we tell the story, on film, of 5 days spent in Canadian bear country. Great hunting and even better company! The bow I used for this hunt was my Timberghost Archery TGX recurve....60", #50@ 28" https://www.timberghostarchery.com/ The arrow was a 4", 3 feather fletched .340 Easton carbon shaft tipped with a Big Jim 300 grain, 1 1/2" 3 blade screw-in. Total arrow weight was around 600 grains. Cade used his tried and true Stalker recurve, about 54# at his draw. his arrows were the new Easton Fred Eichler 5mm, .400 spine, tipped with big ol' 160 gr Snuffer 3 blades.
