Mace: The Dark Age Game Sample - N64

Original Air Date: October 4th, 2009 Being deemed one of the best N64 fighting games, there's a lot to like about this game. It has great visuals with nice, large arenas (most are larger than you'll ever explore in a real match), decent sound, and simple gameplay. Characters have sets of basic combos that can be stringed together to make more elaborate combos, but things remain pretty simple overall. If only the framerate didn't drop so much during fights, this game would be great, but the constant framerate change does become a problem and throw off the timing of moves and combos. This game is also one of the more violent N64 games and features its own version of fatalities. Enjoy.
