Crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside, this spicy twist on classic French toast is perfect for busy mornings or evening snacks. Ready in just minutes and packed with desi flavors! --- 🛠️ Tools Needed: Mixing bowl Whisk or fork Chopping board & knife Frying pan / Tawa Spatula --- 🧂 Ingredients Needed: 4 bread slices 2 eggs 2–3 tbsp finely chopped onion 1–2 green chillies (finely chopped) 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves ¼ tsp turmeric powder ½ tsp red chilli powder ¼ tsp black pepper Salt to taste 2–3 tbsp milk (optional, for softer texture) Butter or oil for cooking --- 👨🍳 Step-by-Step Recipe: 1️⃣ In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk well. 2️⃣ Add chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, turmeric, red chilli powder, black pepper, salt, and milk. Mix everything properly. 3️⃣ Heat a pan/tawa and add a little butter or oil. 4️⃣ Dip each bread slice into the egg mixture, coating both sides evenly. 5️⃣ Place it on the hot pan and cook on medium flame. 6️⃣ Flip and cook until both sides turn golden brown and slightly crispy. 7️⃣ Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney and enjoy! --- This *Masala French Toast* is the ultimate fusion breakfast – spicy, filling, and super easy to make at home.
